The apartment locates in a very convenient place. It's a 2-storey house with two bedrooms and restroom upstairs. Besides, it has a clean kitchen, all the cooking facilities and a nice patio. I'm going to sublet my room from Dec. 14th - Jan.14th, and the rent is $900. Price is negotiable if you are not renting for the whole time period.
