I am subletting my room on campus (EV) in a 2 bedroom-efficiency apartment (Blackwelder) from 1st,May - 3rd,June, asking for a total of $820. A $300 deposit is needed before moving in. Female Only.

The bedroom has a queen mattress and bed. It is furnished with a table, chair, closet and extra storage space. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with my roommate.

All utilities, laundry and wi-fi are included.
