Rate is $1000 + (100 $ refundable security deposit).
Sublet period is -- October 03-October 15.
The room WON"T be available earlier than October 03. The apartment is going to be clean, fully furnished with anything you need for living (kitchen appliances, bedding etc) and an amazing balcony.
The place is available to a couple or a female tenant.
