Subletting my one bedroom apartment in EV, Hoskins Midrise

The price for each month is 1750$ + (200 $ refundable security deposit). I am looking for someone who will cover the entire sublet period. Sublet period is -- May 25-July 15. Move in and move out dates can be slightly negotiated if needed (+/- 3 days).

The apartment is very clean, fully furnished with anything you need for living (kitchen appliances, bedding, including dish washer) and a spacious balcony with an amazing view. The bed is brand new with a luxurious mattress. (It is not a regular university bed).

The place is available to a couple or a female tenant ONLY. The place is NOT available for undergraduates. Please DO NOT contact if you are an undergraduate.
