Hi I want to sublease my room from March 25 to June 15(very possible to extend to a longer contract to june or August)

it's a bd in a 2bd house and the house is located in the center of EV area and very close to the campus.
My roommate is nice and quiet phd student but really pay attention to the cleanness of the house.
Therefore, hope to find someone who could maintain the clean and tidiness of the house.
Female only preferably stanford affiliate.
