Subletting my one bedroom apartment in EV, Hoskins Midrise.
Rate is $1600 per month.
Sublet period is -- July 19th until August 17th. The room WON"T be available earlier than July 19th. The apartment is going to be very clean and unused, as I am getting it from the Housing Office right on July 18th. I have to travel next day.
