Subletting one bedroom apartment in EV, Hoskins Midrise from May 11-June 01.
The price for the entire period is $1200 or $56/day for the duration of the stay with a 150 $ refundable security deposit.

The apartment is very clean, fully furnished with anything you need for living (kitchen appliances, bedding, including dish washer that normally doesn’t come with EV apartments) and a spacious balcony with an amazing view and patio furniture to enjoy. The apartment has a brand new, very big luxurious bed (not the EV beds) and a very big office desk and comfortable chair.

I am looking for someone who will cover the most of the sublet period May 11-June 01. Move out date can be slightly extended.

The place is available to a couple without children or, if not a couple, to a female tenant only. The place is NOT available for undergraduates.
