I'm trying to sublet my studio during the summer (June 8-August 30, tenants who'd like to stay for the full duration preferred). The building is Studio 1, right next to the graduate community center. I've only lived for two quarters, so the studio is in good condition. The studio is fully furnished, with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, and a sofa. Ray's cafe is right next to the building, and the marguerite stop is only a minute away.

I have a microwave and an electronic kettle that I'd like to offer for your use during your stay. I also do not have many belongings, so I will be able to clear out most of my belongings for your stay. The rent is $1,250 per month.

Due to Stanford regulation, I can only sublet to Stanford graduate students or Stanford affiliated graduate students. Female applicants preferred. Please do not e-mail me if you are an undergrad, or if you're not a Stanford affiliate.
