I am looking to sublease my studio for the summer. The studio will be available from June 10th through September 20th (dates are flexible but applicants who can stay the full duration are preferred), and the monthly rent would be $1250/month. The studio is in great condition, fully-furnished (full-sized bed, desk, sofa, refrigerator, stove), is conveniently located, and has a nice view of the courtyard. Kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, blender, etc) will also be available for use. Free laundry is also located on the first floor of the building.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
