Hi, I am subletting my fully furnished studio with a parking sticker if you need it. The studio is across the street from the Manzanita dorms and is super close to campus and the right next to the Margarite bus loop B. You will have everything you need including a kitchen with cooking supplies, a fully dressed bed, towels, etc. All you need to bring is a suitcase.

The studio is very quiet because it does not face the street. The laundry is right down the hallway so is very convenient.

$750 for the entire period, or $35 per day.
