Able to be used as a single or double end bag, this versatile heavy bag is perfect for boxing, kickboxing, or just stress relief. About 4 years old, this one is in near-perfect condition (and nicely worn in the right places so it's not like punching a concrete wall), and is RED. About 24" long, 25lbs.

Comes with hanging chains, floor bolts and cords. Have no room for it in the new apartment. I live in SF but can bring to campus if needed.
