I'm having to relocate before my lease ends and so need to re-lease my studio starting Dec 01. This is one of the best studios in the area (very large, lots of sunlight and gated covered parking!) next to Whole Foods (bus stop right outside) and across the street (El Camino) from Safeway/CVS/Blockbuster and of course, the RedWood City Caltrain and one that I found after weeks of painstaking "apartment hunt". The unit comes with a nice balcony and a breakfast bar apart from a refrigerator, dishwasher and cooking range in the kitchen and washer/dryer in complex. Would have definitely renewed my lease it if I didn't have to move so soon.
I pay a rent of $1525 (separate water+garbage, my bill is ~ $45) with only a $400 deposit and I did make it sure before leasing that it is in a very safe neighborhood. Please contact me on 865-441-6092 (no texts please) if you'd be interested
