female looking for housing in redwood city/stanford between jan - mar

I'm looking for a place to stay during winter quarter, roughly the start of january to the end of march
location would be near redwood city/stanford (ideally the latter) with female roommates
Ideally would like for wifi and utilities to be included in rent and for the place to be somewhat furnished
