I am a second-year master student at Stanford. I am looking for a roommate to share a 1B1B apartment at Oak Creek next year. The neighborhood is really cozy and there are gym facilities inside. If you're looking for somewhere close to Stanford, this is likely the best option out there.

The total rent is 3450 w/o utilities. We can discuss bedroom/living room arrangements and how to split the rent (living room pay less). The starting date is August/Sept 2018, and the lease will be one year long.
