Female Masters Student looking for Housing starting fall quarter

Hi!

I will be starting my coterm this fall quarter (end of september) and I am looking for a housing opportunity where I can offer my part-time babysitting/college counseling/tutoring services in exchange for housing (a room in your house/apartment). I have a lot of babysitting experience as well as college counseling and speak 4 different languages (german, portuguese, spanish, quechua) that I can tutor. I am an international student and would be so nice to be part of a family setting, I also love toddlers, kids and teens.
