Newly renovated: Stainless refrigerator, gas range, microwave/vent hood, dishwasher, sink/disposal, wooden floors and granite counter tops. The bedroom is well sized with a large closet. Bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. Choice of the tenant!
Two blocks from bars, restaurants, Starbucks, a bus stop, Lightening Tavern, Lulu Lemon, BCBG, Roam burgers, Soul Cycle on Union street. Near the 42, 45 bus lines. I'm currently on the lease and potential roommate will have sublet agreement with me! With potential to be put on the lease once it ends.
