Hello, I am moving out and I am looking for someone to take over my 1BD/1BA unit in a 3BD/2BA. I currently live with 2 wonderful roommates (females). They are both research assistants at Stanford, one is 26 yrs old and one is 22 yrs old. I will be moving to another state, and I am looking for someone to take over by the beginning of May. The apartment includes a dishwasher and an in-unit washing/drying machine. The apartment complex has several pools and 2 gyms. There is one parking spot available for our apartment and we usually leave it open for the one that is coming back home the latest. One of my roommates has a cat; he's really nice and doesn't bother at all. Both of my roommates are clean, super nice, and considerate of others. The apartment is already furnished, there are pots, pans, silverware etc. I would be willing to sell my furniture. It's all brand new and it has been used for less than a year and it's in pristine conditions, so if you're interested in buying my room furniture let me know and I can give you a price.
