Hi! We currently have one private room available in a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath home in a nice neighborhood in Redwood City. Extremely convenient location—less than 7 minutes away from downtown Redwood City, Caltrain, Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, and Target. 10 minutes away from Stanford (15-20 min on bike). 25 minutes away from SFO.

About the room:

The Guest Room is available on 8/15. It has large closet, garden view and comes with ample storage space. The room has a shared bathroom. It comes unfurnished, but can fit a standard queen size bed.

Utilities not included in rent.
Lease duration negotiable (6 or 12-month leases).

About us:

2 MDs doing residency training at Stanford Hospital + Stanford female grad from 2017 working on her own startup. All are in their late 20s.

It’s a pretty calm house—we’re friends and hang out regularly, but are generally respectful of each other’s space and there aren’t usually a ton of guests filtering in and out.
