Hi there! I am looking for a new female roommate to share a 2B2B at Stanford West Apartments. Preferred leasing close to 1 year, with an early August start (date TBD).

Located at the end of the neighborhood, our complex is one of the closest to Stanford Hospital/School of Medicine (10-minute walking distance). 15-20 minute walk to Stanford Mall.

• Third floor with gorgeous rooftop balcony views.
• Already fully furnished; my current roommate would be happy to sell the furnishings in her room if so desired.
• You will have the master bedroom with a separate AC unit, your own bathroom, and a separate closet.
• In-house washer and dryer.
• Two pools, two jacuzzis, a gym, and a community park are available in the neighborhood.
• Our unit is close to the trailhead that runs adjacent to the neighborhood.
• Shuttle Bus (Line C) available.

Rent: ~$2100 + utilities/internet/misc. costs.

A bit about me: 23 y/o female working in clinical research at Stanford who loves to explore good food places and new events on campus. Non-smoking and no pets. Looking for a quiet, clean, and friendly roommate who would be down to hang out occasionally!
