I am subletting a master bedroom in a furnished 2B/2B apartment near Palo Alto downtown and Stanford campus starting March 01 (move-in date is flexible). The rent is 1750$/month.

• The apartment has a great location, 0.5 miles to University Avenue and few blocks away from Stanford campus and Town & Country Village.

• There is in-unit laundry, dish washer, and air conditioner.

• You can get a parking permit for 50$/year. Street parking is always available right outside the apartment. There is a 2 hour parking limit 10am - 5pm, Mon-Fri for those who don't have a permit.

• The apartment is furnished.

• Utility cost is usually ~70$ per person and there is no internet cost.
