I am looking for a female roommate to join me in my 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is a condo in a 10yr old building across the street from the 4th and King CalTrain stop. It is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a nice place in the city, while commuting to the South Bay or the center of SF. 1000 square ft with floor to ceiling windows and a sweeping view of Potrero Hill :)

The $2200 per month includes:

• Private room
• Shared bath
• Shared living area and kitchen (gas stove!)
• 5 minute walk to CalTrain
• 20 minute walk to Market St
• Building gym access
• Shared roof deck with gas grill
• Utilities (water, trash)

Does not include:

• Internet (we will pay for this separately)
• Electricity (usually $10-$20 per month per person)
• Parking, though there are spots in a garage that are available for an extra fee

I am a female engineer who works for a big tech company in the South Bay, and I got my Master's at Stanford 2 years ago.
