Need someone to take over the lease for my room in Avana Sunnyvale. It's a LARGE 2 bed, 2 bath apartment - your housemate would be a female Google program manager. She is really nice and she likes to cook.

Your room has a walk in closet and a PRIVATE BATHROOM! The apartment has a dishwasher, washer and dryer IN the apartment, a large patio and additional patio storage. Many families with pets live in the apartment complex.

There is a gym in the complex, and Planet Granite (climbing/ yoga/ fitness) is JUST a 5 minute walk.

It's a great location especially for tech employees

• the new Apple campus is a 5-10 minute walk
• the Facebook shuttle stop is a 15 minute walk
• the Google stop is a 10 minute walk.

Caltrain is a 15 min bike ride. Easy access to 101 and Central, takes me 20 minutes to Palo Alto on a weekend. Though I generally took the CalTrain / biked the bay trail to Stanford during the week.

Rent is 1480 + utilities (about 70 per person).

The current lease ends 4th October, 2018. Available : May 1st week. I'm moving out in the first week of May so I will give room to the first person that's a good fit and ready to move in by/ around then.

Room can be FULLY FURNISHED with bed, desk, lamps if you claim it early enough (for $100 extra).

Females only! Long-term lease preferred. No smoking, no drugs, preferably no pets.
