We are two twenty-something professional females looking for a third female roommate in Redwood City. One is working in tech and the other a 2nd year PhD at Stanford. Our home is a 3 bd/2 ba two-story unit with a spacious living room and kitchen. The third roommate will have her own upstairs bedroom and share a bathroom with the girl in the other upstairs room. Rent is $1050/month plus utilities. No pets, non-smoking.
We're fun, friendly people who enjoy a good balance of social time in the living room and quiet time in our rooms. We keep the house very clean, occasionally cook together, throw a good party, love hosting movie/game/wine/TV-show-viewing nights, and like spending time outdoors!
