First thing's first: this apartment is not available for move in until July 1, 2013. In an effort to find a compatible roommate, I am posting well in advance.

I am a young female professional looking for a young professional female to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Mountain View. The rent is $1,795 and will be split down the middle. Water is included in the rent. This would be a 1-year lease (July 2013- July 2014).

The unit is 1 of 38 total units in the complex. It is on the second floor of the 2-floor complex.

There are hardwood floors throughout with matching tile and granite in the kitchen and bathroom. (See the video of the apartment linked at the bottom of this post. It was taken during an open house. The bedroom for rent is the first one shown.)

The unit comes with only one parking space, which I will occupy, but there is plenty of unrestricted street parking.

No pets please.

There is laundry on-site and a bike room.

The apartment is very close to the 85 freeway entrance, Castro Street in downtown Mountain View, and Central expressway.
