You will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with a very tidy, kind, female grad student.
Furnished. Full XL bed, desk, computer monitor, chairs.
Apartment is small, has no living room.
Very quiet, nice view.

My items will be stored in the room (packed, out of your way).
On campus Escondido Village grad apartment housing.
0.7 miles (4 minute bike) to the Oval. 6 minute bike to medical campus.
