My roommate is moving out of our apartment April 1st and I am looking for a female tenant to replace her on the lease. You will be signing a 5 month lease with the landlord (April 1st to August 31, 2018) with the possibility to renew in September when the current lease ends. Rent will be $1,687.50 per month per person + around $70 per person for utilities and $25 per person for internet. The landlord pays for hot and cold water while the utilities will cover the rest (gas, electric, and sewer).

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a living room (shared) and a kitchen (shared). The available bedroom will be unfurnished (along with a spacious closet) and the shared spaces are furnished. We are located only two blocks away from California Ave and the California Ave Caltrain station, 1-2 miles biking distance from Stanford University, and 2-3 miles away from Downtown Palo Alto. Also, there is a year-round Farmer's Market on California Ave every Sunday morning, as well as many shops and restaurants, so the apartment is located conveniently to fit all of those needs!

You will be sharing the apartment with me, a young female professional working at Stanford University. Prospective roommates should be nice, respectful, and amenable to keeping the place nice and tidy. I work 9-6 on weekdays, and I am usually around the house or nearby on the weekends. I also like to hang out with friends, binge-watch Netflix, and go on walks and to the gym when I can (an exercise buddy would be really nice!).
