I am a Stanford employee currently subleasing a Master bedroom in a luxury 3bath 3bedroom apartment complex (Bella Villagio) in South San Jose. Rent is $875 and includes utilities (internet,water,electricity). We are looking for a clean responsible FEMALE only roommate to share the apartment.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive to Caltrain Station and right across from 2 shopping centers. The room has a large closet and PRIVATE bathroom with Roman Tub, also includes free washer and dryer inside the apartment!!!

The apartment is in a gated community and tenant will have a reserved parking spot. Available for 3 - 6month lease, with possibility of extension.
