I'm looking for a girl roommate to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Avalon Apartments in Mountain View. The rent will be $733/person/month (although the person who decided to take the master bedroom would pay a bit more). The total apartment rent is $2199/month. The rent does not include utilities, which will be approximately $80/person extra depending on how much we use.

It is newly renovated, with washing machine and dryer in each apartment, new kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there is a new fitness gym, swimming pool and bbq pit.

I hope to start the lease asap as the current available price at $2199 is on a first-come-first-serve basis. I will move in on September 12th.
