Finding housing in the bay sucks. Paying $1,000 for half a room in a hacker house is more than some people pay for a 3 bedroom house (it might be in Phoenix, but still it's ridiculous).

That is all said to preface how surprised I was when I found this home. The price was average-ish but it came with so much more than anywhere else offered -- and I don't just mean the big house or amenities (wi-fi and 2x/mo cleaners are included with rent). I found my family, the people I hang out with and get along with. That's who we're looking to attract, someone who cares to join the family.

It's 1 room in a 7br/3ba house in Redwood City for 1,350. The chefs in this house will love the professional gas stove, Large functional back garden with beautiful Fruit trees, The house is located a few steps from the beautiful blue lagoon with lots of birds and wildlife to enjoy, Bike or run around Redwood Shores and Enjoy San Carlos Downtown for great restaurants and outings..

Highway 101, 92, the SFO airport, Safeway, Electronic Arts, Oracle HQ
