My roommate is being transferred to another location, and is leaving earlier than expected, so we’re looking for a new roommate(s). Our two room bundle is 1500$ a month in rent and includes a bedroom and office space.

This location is 25 min away from EARS down the 101. The four bedroom house will be include myself, my fiancé and two cats. The address is: 1174 Crandano Ct. Sunnyvale CA 94087. The neighborhood is very quiet and is less than 3 min from grocery stores, and 5 min from Downtown Sunnyvale.

Move in dates:

Beginning February 28th

Room Sizes:

Room one (office): 11’ x 12’
Room two (bedroom): 11’ x 14’

• A bathroom that will be half a guest bathroom

• Our garage, that has also been converted into a workout zone that includes a Gaming area, weights and punching bag.

• The backyard includes a fire pit and patio furniture.

Price:

1,500$ + down deposit

Price includes:

Rent + all utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity and high speed internet)
Cleaners 2x a month 

Other notes:

Cats are acceptable
Small – medium size dogs are acceptable
We would prefer a single individual move in, but totally open to a couple or two friends
House, other than the two rooms, are fully furnished
We are smoke free
Both my fiancé and I are quiet and don’t party too much and keep things quiet
