Free bedroom/bathroom available in beautiful house with retired Stanford professor

I offer two bedrooms (one of which could be used as a study) as well as their own private bathroom.
The property has a charming patio and garden, and it is very quietly situated.

I am looking for a woman or a couple - for whom there would be plenty of space. My preference would be for a graduate student or a postdoc - ideally someone who prefers to spend time working on the computer at home, and who lives quietly, and is not expecting to travel much.

Since I work on the psychology of music, someone who is interested in music would be great, as would be an interest in audio software.
