Hey potential roommate! We are looking for new roommates for our gorgeous new Millbrae house. As you can see from the pictures, its really an incredible house in a great location. Its central location makes it a great place for anyone working down in the south bay who wants to spend time up in the city on the weekends.

Location:**In the middle of Millbrae! Its a 5 minute bike to Bart, and close to the major highways.

The rooms:** We have a variety of rooms available, including one divider room for $890, and a few master bedrooms for $1550.

Roommates:** Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals

You:** We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama-free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

Logistics:** Month to month lease. Utilities split among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
