14" screen, 1.6 GHz Dual-core, 2GB RAM, 160 GB HD, comes with Windows Vista Home Premium, Microsoft Office Pro 2007

Originally came with 1GB RAM, upgraded to the current 2GB and now runs surprisingly fast. Clean installation of Windows and Office just performed, no shovelware/trials, so is completely clean and ready to use. Has Sophos Antivirus/Anti-spyware package provided by Stanford. Can get ~4 hours of battery life doing typical stuff like internet/email/word processing. Comes with power adapter and Gateway operating system recovery disc. Not meant to be a powerful gaming laptop, obviously, but it's very functional for schoolwork and general use.
