I'm moving out of my apartment next month and my landlord asked me if I could advertise help find a Stanford student to rent it. I’ve lived here for over two years and highly recommend it!

• Apartment: 1 Bedroom, spacious. Lots of closet space. They will be remodeling the kitchen when I move out.
• Availability: Sometime between 11/26/17 and 12/1/17
• Rent: $2050/mo + 1 month security deposit. Water is covered by landlord. You pay utilities. The lease will be for 12 months, then it will become month to month. I've been here for over 2 years and never had a rent increase.
• Location: On Emerson St between El Carmelo and Loma Verde (near https://goo.gl/maps/ptXkqUiMP7o). Three miles (~15-20 minute bike ride) to the hospital. One mile from California Avenue. 10 minute walk to grocery outlet.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed.
