Fully furnished 1 Bed / Private Bath in a large house in Palo Alto

We have a room available in our house available for long term lease (10months or higher) for Male or Female.

You will have your own Bedroom and Bathroom, in a large 3 bed / 3 bath house just off Alma Street. We have a fully furnished shared kitchen, living room, and dining room along with in-house laundry. Walking distance to Stanford University, Town&Country and California Avenue.

You will share the house with 2 other housemates. Both male (Indian origin) graduates from UPenn and Stanford GSB, professional, quiet and very tidy! Expect the same from a future housemate.

1 month deposit ($1700) and 1st month rent ($1700) payable in advance. Utilities in addition come to c.$150 per head / per month.

There is a one time $500 passdown fee (fixed) for exisiting furnishing in the room and another $500 for a WFH setup in the garage (optional).
