I live in a two-bedroom, two-floor townhouse in Escondido Village at Stanford University and am leaving for the summer. I am looking for a female to sublet my room. Dates are flexible, but it is available from early June to early September.

Renter must be female, affiliated with Stanford in some way, and be a graduate student at least 22 years of age

Asking price is $900 per month, but negotiable, especially if you are planning to stay the entire summer (June, July, August)
