Coming from Asia as a visiting scholar staying for one year, I live here with my husband and two little kids. We really enjoy this independent comfy house.

It is conveniently located in Redwood city near Menlo park, around 4.6 miles from Stanford campus, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy access to highway 101 and 15 minutes to Stanford. You can also take the free shuttle bus (Marguerite , BOH line) to campus. It's close to the Caltrain station that can get to San Francisco directly . There is a shopping center Marsh Manor a few blocks away including a grocery store, Starbucks and good restaurants for daily needs.

The house has beautiful hardwood floors, big sunny living room, 2 BR (one with twin-size bed , one with single bed , both desk inside) plus a small office (or a 3rd individual BR, single bed inside), 1 bath (remodeled last July ). It is fully furnished, perfect for a family or 2 adults. Microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, full kitchen and dining items in a large kitchen. Washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. My kids love to play in the small grassy front yard. Weekly garden services are included in lease. No garage, we park our car just beside our front yard .
