We are seeking a female roommate to share the large master bedroom in our well decorated homey SF apartment.

LOCATION:

• Our apartment is centrally located in San Francisco
• We are half a mile from the bart and underground muni station
• We are close to Civic Center and Hayes Valley
• Easy access to all muni buses on Van Ness ave.

DETAILS:

• Bed room is fully furnished with full size bed
• large windows so we get great natural light
• laundry in building
• roof access
• one parking space with security guard (we have a car already parked in the space)
• living spaces includes a large dining table, fold out couch, flat screen tv with netflix and hulu.

ROOMATES:

• I graduated from Stanford in 2014 and lived in the city with my college roommate and best friend from high school. We are looking for a replacement as one of our roommates is moving out to attend med school. You would be sharing the large master bedroom and bathroom with me, however, we are very clean and welcoming. During the week we are pretty busy with work, but on weekends enjoy being active outdoors and exploring new places in the city.
