I am looking to offer my fully furnished room in a 2 bed/2.5 bath townhouse (3 floors) in North San Jose, near the 49ers Stadium.

I currently live with another Stanford Graduate, and we both work in the Santa Clara area. However, I am gonna be going to Singapore for a Short term International Assignment (for 4-5 months). I am looking to sublet my apartment to somebody for 3-6 months.

About us and the Neighborhood

We like to cook and bake, watch movies and TV shows, go for hiking and adventure trips. The neighborhood is really nice with a lot of professionals and students (very young community) living in the area. There are social gatherings and parties in the pool/common areas of the Apartment Complex.

The ideal person would be working professional(s) or student(s), and it would be awesome if you like traveling and adventure sports.

The Apartment

I currently live at the Domain Apartments at 1 Vista Montana, San Jose, CA 95134 near the 49ers stadium, Cisco, Ebay, Rivermark Plaza (Safeway, restaurants, banks, etc).

Target, Chipotle, Major banks (Chase, BofA, etc) and other major restaurants are just 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment complex.
The Light Rail is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment complex. It is connected to downtown and other areas in the North Bay via VTA and light rail, which have good frequency. The apartment also includes Parking space for ONE Car.
