Duration: Start date is flexible, you can move in anytime after mid-June. The current lease ends in July and you have an option to renew it afterward.

Rent: The mentioned rent is discounted rent till the end of July. After that, if you want to continue, you will be signing a new lease. For reference, the current rent of the room is 1400 ( and I will be paying the difference till July)

The apartment is part of the Casa del Sol complex that includes a large swimming pool in a green environment, on-site laundry machines, and personal car parking. You get a free car park along with personal storage. We are located right between Mountain View and Sunnyvale.

The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom we offer is furnished and has roughly 200sqft. Additionally, we have a super spacious but cozy living room with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge terrace that is year-round a big plus. The room also has an AC for the coming heat spell, basically, you should be okay to just move in with your stuff with nothing else needed.

This is a sublet starting ideally mid- June ( or 1st week of July).
