Subletting: FULLY FURNISHED 1 br in a 2 br condo in Mountain View starting in the beginning of May until the first week of September. (FEMALES ONLY!) [you have the option of taking it fully furnished (extra charge) or not]

Move-in and move-out dates are negotiable, but in general, I would want to find someone who can occupy the room for as much of the available time period as possible. If your availability doesn't completely match though, just contact me and we can discuss.

The location is VERY convenient. It is across the street from the San Antonio Caltrain (2 stops away from Stanford campus! 1 stop away from downtown Mountain View!), walking distance from The Village (which includes a Safeway, Starbucks, The Counter, Paul Martin's, etc), and a block away from the San Antonio Shopping Center. The Marguerite Shopping Express has a stop that is a short walk from the condo.

Our place has internet and our own washing machine/dryer (so no coin operated laundry expenses!). The condo has a pool and jacuzzi. It is a quiet, safe, and upscale neighborhood. There is a clubhouse in the center of the complex that can be reserved if you want to hold big parties or gatherings. You will get one parking spot in our garage.

We are asking for $1050/mo. + internet & electricity (internet & electricity usually add up to ~$100/mo, split between you and my current roommate). If you want to take it fully furnished, we will ask for an additional $150 for the first payment. Fully furnished includes: bed+mattress, desk, chair, lamp, shelves, cabinets (all used, but in excellent condition).

You will be sharing a bathroom with my roommate.
