and 2 google interns from U Denver (M last year Ph D candidate working on AI) and other from Cal.( F)
This room is the last room available.
Photos will not be available until last week of May.
It has separate entrance from the main house.
There will be a small fridge and a microwave.
If you love to cook, this is not the room for you.
If you do light cooking, you can share the kitchen in the main house of which expect to clean after yourself for household harmony.
Landlady lives in the main house , recently retired from Stanford.
Rules are no smoking , no drugs, no heavy drinking and no overnight guest.
Single occupancy only . No pets.
Do not bring your party home.
Rent : $1600 per month
Deposit : $1600
Utilities : $100 / month ( includes, water , garbage, electricity, gas and wifi)
Cleaning Fee : $100 upon departure.
