ABOUT THE ROOM:
You are renting one of two rooms we are renting upstairs.
Very private and clean with the bathroom attached to the room and balcony for your enjoyment only and possibility to spend time in the backyard.
A lot of sunlight, happy colors, hardwood floor and the room is loaded with all furniture you need including bedding, towels, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, small fridge and basic dishes and utensils, towels, cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner for you room. You can prepare something light to eat in your room including microwave cooking and heat your food up, make coffee or tea but sorry there is no heavy cooking and kitchen access as well.
No extra storage space.

LOCATION:
Palo Alto, Lambert Ave, 94306
You don’t need a car to move around.
This home is 5 min. walking distance from the Palo Alto California Caltrain station, a lot of great restaurants around and grocery store, walking distance to bus station easy bike ride to Stanford (10-15 min.) using bike path. Parking on the street.

HOMEOWNERS:
Couple, European origin, during the day one at work one stays at home. Weekends mostly at home doing something around the yard or home, dog and cat on premises.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE READ:
We are willing to rent this room to one male student or young professional who can stay for at least between 3 to 6 months, who respects others privacy and night hours in the house, takes good care of his living space. To somebody who prefers to study, relax and recharge in his room and value his own space above busy “community houses”.
The future tenant can’t have problem with the dog or cat in the yard (not in your room).
