Rent is $1550 plus utilities, rooms are approximately 11’x10’, fully furnished (full bed, desk, chair), with a spacious closet attached, shared bath with 1 person, and attached garage, washer/dryer, and ample visitor parking. WiFi/Cable are included.

The house is a 3 story, 1700 sqft townhome, 3BR/3 BA, boasts high ceilings, baby-grand piano, full kitchen, and is fully furnished. Bedrooms are upstairs and sound does not carry downstairs or upstairs.

I am in my late 20s, open-minded, easy-going and tidy, and live a very mellow lifestyle. I often cook, play video games, enjoy the occasional drink.
