If you are seeking a quiet place that will allow you to focus on your work, school, or project while in the Bay Area, then this is for you. A large, furnished bedroom with 100% privacy. Yours alone; no sharing. Your room will include a huge wall closet / wardrobe, a large mattress, a chair, and a desk. You may use beddings provided or come with yours; either is fine. The house has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is meant for just one person.

Rent: $1500 (utilities included) - Duration: 1 month minimum
House rules apply in order to maintain a marked sense of order, responsibility, and peace.
If your goal is mainly to socialize and party, this place will not be for you.
If you cannot cope in a very quiet house, then this is not for you
Baking / cooking not allowed (seeking someone with similar lifestyle...not someone who will be forced to adapt)
We also have a friendly cat and a gentle dog.
We do not heat our house, cannot have smokers, and would prefer if you're respectful, thoughtful, and orderly.
