The cottage is in a fantastic location on a quiet street, across the creek from Stanford shopping mall. It is in the Allied Arts neighborhood, an upscale safe neighborhood. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford shopping mall, and downtown Menlo Park within easy walking/biking distance to Stanford campus and Stanford hospital.

The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen with high vaulted ceilings and a skylight. It is very quiet and bright with lots of sunlight. The bathroom is recently renovated with large shower and all new plumbing. It is at the back of our yard adjacent though separate from our house.

The cottage is fully furnished with everything you will need for a temporary stay including linens and dishes. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop as well as the usual small electrical appliances (coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer, etc.). In the bedroom there is a queen bed, and large dresser. Other appliances include tv, dvd player, radio/cd player, and clock radio.

The rent is $2000.00 per month for 3 or more months. For stays shorter than 3 months, the rate is $2200 per month with a one month minimum. Electricity, water, cable and high speed internet access are included.

Lease is required but the length of the lease is negotiable. Bi-weekly maid and laundry service available for an additional $35 per cleaning (apartment cleaned, and all linens and personal items washed). Smoking not allowed. No pets allowed. It is a clean apartment that has never had smokers or pets.
