The cottage is in a fantastic location on a quiet street in the upscale, safe Allied Arts neighborhood, just across the creek from Stanford Shopping Center. It is about a 15-minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Shopping Center, and downtown Menlo Park, and within easy walking or biking distance of Stanford University and Stanford Hospital.
The cottage has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, with high vaulted ceilings and a skylight. It is bright, sunny, and very quiet, and has been recently renovated. Located at the back of our yard, it is separate from our main house.
The cottage is fully furnished with everything you need for a temporary stay, including linens and dishes. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large dresser.
Rent: $3,450 per month for stays of three months or longer. For stays shorter than three months, the rate is $4,150 per month, with a strict one-month minimum. Electricity, water, cable, and high-speed internet are included.
A lease is required, but the length is negotiable. The cottage is available for single occupancy only. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
