We moved to Menlo Park a year ago and unfortunately new jobs are taking us away sooner than expected. We invested in high quality furniture including pieces from Article, Restoration Hardware, and more. Rather than trying to sell everything on Craigslist, we are looking for someone interested in taking over our move-in ready apartment and purchasing our furniture at a discount.
Our unit is located on Alma st in Menlo Park in a quiet residential neighborhood that is less than a 10 minute walk from University Ave, the Stanford Shopping Center, Caltrain, Stanford University, and downtown Menlo Park.
The unit is dog-friendly and features modern appliances (stainless steel) in-unit laundry, dishwasher, an incredible private backyard patio, covered parking space, and outdoor storage.
The rent is $3150/month + utilities. We are currently month-to-month and the new tenant can continue that or sign a new one-year lease.
We searched for months and can confidently say you won’t find a cheaper option in this area for all of the amenities and features included.
