"Hi all, our apartment near Stanford campus has an extra room furnished with a twin bed, closet, table, chair and desk lamp. The room is available for short term subleasing. Rent is $​40/day including all utilities (water, electricity, wifi). There is laundry room inside the building.

The apartment is in a quiet green neighborhood, with swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court and well-equipped gym. It is within 2 miles to the train, Safeway and Trader Joe, etc. Free buses from Stanford also have stops right in front of the complex. Easy access to highway 101 and 280 makes it ideal for commuters. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of sunlight during the day, and common areas are fully furnished. You will have limited access to the kitchen and share the bathroom with everyone in the house.

About us: We are a family of 3 (myself- Stanford researcher, my mom, my baby daughter). My husband comes down every weekend from Davis to visit us. We are friendly, respectful and have friends over once in a while but never have loud party.

About you: Single person only - not for couple, quiet, no smoke, no pet, preferably no overnight guest, respectful, keeping the common area clean and organized, preferably Stanford affiliates or professionals.
