• 5 min biking to California ave
• 10 min biking to Stanford
• 15min bike to San Antonio shopping center where you have grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe's, whole food market..) and restaurant.
• Street parking available

The rent is 1800$ and all utilities included (P&GE, water, garbage, internet, house cleaner)
